Intelligent Invite
The best part about our chat software is our unique invite.  No one else’s invite can produce as many clicks as ours because no one else has Intelligent Invite. Most chat software waits for the visitor to click on the chat button.  Some chat software invites visitors either by the chat operator clicking invite to chat or by automatically inviting the person to chat after a certain time or when they go to a certain page.  Intelligent Invite does more than that!  Web Persuaders unique inviting method makes it seem like an operator is typing as soon as a visitor gets to a site.   Visitors feel like there is actually someone there to answer their questions and are a lot more likely to click on it to chat back.  Intelligent Invite is integrated into the website so it is chatting before there is ever a pop-up to be blocked.

Chat Transfer
Not everyone knows the answer to every question.  Sometimes you might need a manager to talk to a customer or a different department.  You can easily transfer chats to another person by clicking a button.  You can even IM the other chat operator through Web Persuader to tell them you are transferring someone to them and to make sure that they are available.  When the next person receives the chat, they can see the entire previous chat dialog.
